Let's do Art while remembering the simple things we have and experience throughout our senses. Simple things we often take for granted.
Draw your hand. Each finger will be one of your senses. Add color, and draw simple things you have experienced that relate to the sense on your finger. Simple things you are grateful to have today!
You can add quotes, phrases that help you to remember why are you grateful. Also, you can use any other materials, such as, construction papers, magazines, or markers to create you piece of art.
